I don't have access to a Mac, but if you can help create some tutorials and how-tos for submitting speech and creating Acoustic Models (by testing the steps on your Mac, and providing feedback), I'd be very happy to get the Mac community on board.

For those who cannot wait, Audacity works on Mac. The steps should be very similar - just use the Linux or Windows Submit Speech tutorials.
