I am using HDecode for decoding. I need a word confusion matrix of decoding? Is there any way to get it?

Confusion matrices describe types of mismatches betwen two sets of transcriptions... like those that were automatically generated using speech recognition and manual transcriptions.

According to the HTK Book, HResults has a "-p" switch to do this (see this post also: Generating phoneme confusion matrix by HResults of HTK).

thanks for the replies. I have tried -p option already, it is giving phoeneme confusion matrix only for small sentences (2-3 words). if the sentence is longer it gives an error phonene matrix will be too big. But there is no option for word confusion matrix as it seems in HResults.

right now i am trying sclite package..which seems to give the confusion matrix. Please tell me if any other tools are available
