noob here and have not yet been able to get Julius to initialize.  Ubuntu 12.04

-input mic option does not work, Julius cannot find the microphone, thinking that might have to do with pulse audio.

-input  /dev/audio0  causes a "segementation fault, Core Dumped" message

-input ALSA

Are we able to specify options before the jconf file is called or do the options need to be modified inside the jconf file?
