You are using outdated Sphinxtrain and you also have windows-style newline symbols CR+LF (\r) in your fileids file.
Use newer Sphinxtrain or also remove CR symbols from the fileids file or both.

The phonetic dictionary is wrong, you shoul use word-dependent phones, not the whole-word models, see for details

You miss stage 20 ci_hmm
Your sphinxtrain is outdated
Your audio data is probably in a wrong format, it seems it has some silences inside or something else is wrong there. It's hard to say what is wrong exactly without the access to the data.

I have a new acoustic model of isolated words . I have made changes in configuration files such as grammar location , dictionary name .
