This is the code which i entered.

-Our aim is to create a speaker cluster for each value of VTLN
factor(alpha). In the above command i have given as input the list of
HMMs that have an aplha vale of 0.5(alpha0.5_list)

-I get the following error:

HMM Def Error: LoadHMMSet: Inconsistent HMM macro name at line 1/col 0/
char -1 in monophone_work/hmms/reestimated_hmms/model_1s_10m_0.5/mlbc0
 ERROR [+7050]  HMError:
 ERROR [+2321]  Initialise: LoadHMMSet failed
 FATAL ERROR - Terminating program HERest
(monophone_work/hmms/reestimated_hmms/model_1s_10m_0.5/mlbc0 is one of
the entries in alpha0.5_list, but not the first entry).

-I am also not sure what kind of transform file to add in the classes
directory. Currently i have added the global file with the following
contents:

<MMFIDMASK> *
<PARAMETERS> MIXBASE
<NUMCLASSES> 1
<CLASS> 1 {*.state[2-4].mix[1-64]}

Is it correct?
Pls help me in this regard.
