How to use "USER" parameter kind in HCopy

In HCopy, user can define sample kind by config in config file which use in HCopy.

But I don't know how to use this parameter. I try by change kind in config file directly but system return error.

Please tell me how to use it. I want to create new feature kind from HCopy.
