I would like to extract MFCC parameters by using either HTK or Julius.
The function to be calles seems to be FBank2MFCC();
However, I'm wondering is there a full example for the users to extract such MFCC coeffiecients, so that we can analyze the audio signals in our own way?

Julius is just a decoder... HTK is a Speech Recognition "toolkit" that includes a Decoder and lots of other stuff...
Look up HCopy in the HTK manual, or Step 5 of the VoxForge AM creation tutorial.
