How about the other language audio files?  It seems like robots.txt disallows all of them, is that intentional?  Even the english one.

I would like all the audio files at

http://www.repository.voxforge1.org/downloads/Dutch/Trunk/Audio/Main/16kHz_16bit/
and the corresponding urls for other languages.

So are you advising me to force wget to ignore robots.txt?

Yes. 

We had bandwidth limits at one time... that is no longer the case.
