Hi all

I try to make step 10 in HTK tutorial and have the following error:

HHEd -A -D -T 1 -H hmm12/macros -H hmm12/hmmdefs -M hmm13 tree.hed triphones1

No HTK Configuration Parameters Set

HHEd
 465/465 Models Loaded [5 states max, 1 mixes max]

 Setting outlier threshold for clustering
 RO->LS stats
  and loading state occupation stats

ERROR [+7251] LoadStatsFile: unknown name b at line 1

 FATAL ERROR - Terminating program HHEd

I try to remake all the steps twice but still have the same error. Even if I use related files and just try to make only this command get the same.

I would appreciate any help
