One question ... why do you manually upload your SpeechSubmission-Java-Applet submission to the forum rather than let the applet do the upload for you? Is it a security issue? Does the upload not work for you on your computer?

Indeed, the applet does not upload it for me. I thought I reported that earlier, but I might be wrong. It just waits, and waits and waits. So I have to go to /user/application data/VF-dir-blabla/csk-dano12334.zip-. It is in Windows XP, I don't have it tested in Ubuntu yet, I don't want to install a Java pluginon that machine.

I think you might have written it in Dutch :)
When you get a chance, please send me the Java console output for a recording/attempted-upload with the Speech Submission app (if you use FireFox, you can get it as an add-on; I think IE has it built in when you install Java).

This might be a firewall issue ... anything in your firewall logs?
It might also be proxy related ... are you behind a proxy of some kind (see ticket 287 for more information)?

Hey Ken,
tried everything, but nothing works. (btw java is a plugin, not an addon.)
Disabled firewall, proxy was already disabled in FF2/FF3 / IE, reinstalled Java, Enabled direct connection. :( btw my Firewall is enabled now ;)
maybe I try it later in Ubuntu.
