Julius works fine to recognize my own recorded voice files using the built-in Mic on my iMac Lion. Then I tried to run it live, the Terminal loaded and ended with:

<<< please speak >>>

However, no matter what I spoke, there's nothing shown, no output, and absolutely nothing.

Any help and comment would be appreciated.
