I am getting this error while doing the reestimation of hmm.Have checked everything but cannot find any mistake in phones0.mlf ,monophones0 and hmmdefs...Please help me with this...

I think I know what is the problem already. The problem probably lies with phones usage count where there are insufficient number of phones used for the generated pronunciation dictionary.
