HDMan command written in C.So it is not producing the unicode what we are excepting.

So we have written a python script to convert from unicode(integers) to actual character in our language(Odia).

Is there any other method or command there to do the same?

Have you tried compiling HDMan using the gcc compiler (preferably on Linux)... its default character encoding is UTF32.
