We have a beta release of the nightly HTK/Julius Acoustic Models build script running.  Just click this link, click the most recent build, and download the Acoustic Model or Quickstart gzipped tar or zip file.

What this means is that if you submit some speech to VoxForge, it will be used in the creation of a new build of the VoxForge Acoustic Model the night after it is approved.  The next day you can download an updated version of the VoxForge Acoustic Model or the Quickstart.
