AMD64 Fedora Core HTK install

Prerequisites:

1. install the development version of glibc and xorg-z11 as follows:

#yum install glibc-devel
#yum install xorg-x11-devel 

2.  Create a script called 'makeHTK.sh' in the root directory of HTK containing the following:
